Order confirmationThe customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing their order.
On rare occasions an item can be out of stock, while this is not indicated in our webshop. In this case, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
Shipping and deliveryShipping times and rates per country are calculated on the Cart page. Information on shipping methods can be found here.
If a box is pre-ordered it will be shipped on the launch date of the box. Orders placed after the launch date will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed. When an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If the buyer has chosen Track&Trace shipping, a tracking number will be sent via e-mail.
Goddess Supplies cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
It is the customer’s own responsibility to fill in correct address information. Goddess Supplies cannot be held liable for any delays or problems with shipping caused by faulty address information.
Returns & exchangesSince Goddess Supplies sells mystery boxes, we do not except returns and exchanges. Of course, when any number of items or the whole box is damaged, we will replace the damaged goods or give a refund, in consultation with the customer. If this is the case, please let us know within 3 days after receiving the box by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
Item availabilityAlthough we aim for our website to be accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all available products at our webshop are in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact the customer shortly via e-mail and give them the opportunity to revise or cancel their order.
Pre-ordersWhen placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount for the order when we proceed the order. The order will be dispatched on the launch date of the box.
WarrantyAt Goddess Supplies, we aim to supply only high-quality products. If, unexpectedly, any number of items or the whole box is damaged, the customer can let us know within 3 days after receiving their order. We then will replace the damaged goods or give a refund, in consultation with the customer.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
