And we have 5 amazing drinks for you to try out. Some super easy, some a little harder, but all totally worth the work. So go enjoy your autumn and thank us later.

Pumpkin spice turmeric latte

Why not combine our two favourite lattes into one delicious super drink? It’s easy and so good. We bet Starbucks will have this next autumn too.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
120 ml warm water
80 ml almond milk
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
pinch of black pepper
1 tsp coconut butter

Instructions:
Combine the water, milk and butter in a cup and heat it in the microwave. Add the spices and stir well. Enjoy!

Hot apple cider with cinnamon

This is one of the best autumn drinks you’ll ever have. To be honest, it is a bit of work, but it’s so worth it! Make 6 servings at once with this recipe.

Ingredients for 6 servings:
2l 100% apple juice
100g brown sugar
1 apple, unpeeled and cut in half
1 small naval orange, unpeeled and in slices
2 tsp whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice

Instructions: Carefully insert the whole cloves into the apple on both the flesh and skin sides. Heat apple juice over medium heat in a large pot. Once heated, add the brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the apple halves, orange slices, cinnamon sticks and any clove remnants from the pot. Serve hot.

Autumn herbal tea

Tea is always a good idea, and especially when it’s cold outside. Try is this herbal blend for a heartwarming hot drink.

Ingredients:
3 parts cinnamon
2 parts ginger
1 part cardamom
1 part chicory
1 part pink peppercorns
1 part star anise
1 part cloves

Instructions:
Combine all spices in a clean glass container. You can make as much or as little as you want using the given ratio. To brew a cup of tea, place 2 teaspoons of tea into a filter or mesh ball and steep in 100°C water for 5 minutes.

Minty hot chocolate

Everyone loves hot chocolate, right? This vegan version with a minty twist is even better than a regular hot cocoa!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
500 ml almond milk
3 tbs cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tablespoons maple syrup/agave syrup
Toppings: vegan whipped cream, vegan marshmellows or crushed peppermint candies

Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan until heated through. Serve with toppings of your liking.

Vegan chai tea latte

This season we just want to sit under a blanket, read a good book and drink lots and lots of chai tea. Seriously, we can’t get enough of this drink!

Ingredients for 1 serving:
2 tsp black tea
1 cardamom pod, crushed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 clove, crushed
1/4 tsp ginger
1 black peppercorn, crushed
200 ml oat milk
sugar to taste

Instructions:
Heat the milk in a small pan. Place the spices and the tea in a tea filter or mesh ball. Let it steep in the milk for 5 minutes. Serve the chai latte hot with sugar to taste.
